Server room control and monitoring system (TPM-S01)

In server rooms, racks are used as equipment for processing and storing millions of information data. Due to the high sensitivity of the life of these equipment to temperature and humidity, as well as the high costs of setting up and maintaining them, it is necessary to continuously monitor the condition of these rooms using an intelligent control and monitoring system.

  •      This system is designed according to the US ASHRAE TC9.9 standard to protect server rooms. According to this standard, the temperature of the racks should be kept in the range of 18 to 27 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity of the environment should be kept in the range of 40 to 60 percent.
  •      According to this standard, there are 6 temperature sensors for each rack and in the upper, middle and lower parts, behind and in front of the racks.
  •      The possibility of connecting the room air conditioning system to the smart system in order to better control the temperature and relative humidity of the environment.
  •      Ability to connect room smoke detection detectors for fire notification.
  •      The possibility of controlling traffic to the room by using the open and closing sensor of the room door to increase the security of the room.
  •      Using this system, it is possible to detect water leakage into the room using water leakage sensors in the water rings around the room.
  •      In case of any error in the critical parameters of the server room, including temperature, relative humidity, water leakage, fire, unauthorized entry into the room, failure of the air conditioning system and other cases through the local alarm, remote monitoring screen, SMS and email will be notified to the relevant operator, so that possible problems can be solved as soon as possible.
  •      By using this system, it is possible to cascade cooling and air conditioning systems, which in turn has a significant effect on reducing energy consumption and equipment depreciation.
  •      In this system, the temperatures of the racks and the relative humidity of the environment are monitored online and moment by moment, and in case of deviation from the normal behavior of these data, the possible problem can be solved to prevent irreparable damage.
